Pixmge is an online image editing platform for online retailers, eCommerce businesses, photographers and other image lovers. How does it work?

Easy as pie. First, create an account. Once you’re logged in, place your order by selecting images manually or by drag and drop. After you uploaded your images, select some output settings and you’re done. Hit the submit button and we’ll get to work on your images. In the meantime, we’ll keep you posted on the progress, always within 24 hours, and rest sure, once we’re done, we’ll let you know.

What types of editing do you do?

Our basic editing includes background removal, resizing, and adding borders to your images. However, we also offer other editing requests such as adding shadows, mannequin removal, retouching, and so much more.Not sure what you’re after? Do you have a free trial?

Yes, we do offer a free trial. It’s our way of showing you what we can do. Upon sign-up, you’ll automatically receive 5 free images – no credit card required.

What is the turnaround time?

All images are returned to you within 24 hours from the time you submitted a paid order. In consultation with our team, we will continue for you 24/7 to deliver the images on time. If in case your orders will be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, our customer success team will reach out to you.

How do you process my images?

Image editing for High-end picture enhancement is still being done manually. And that is exactly what we do. We use Adobe Photoshop for all the work on your pictures.

What file types do you work with?

Any file type can be uploaded to our image editing platform. Upload JPG to RAW images and we’ll convert them to JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PSD and EPS files during the editing process.

How can I start using your image editing services?

Make sure that all lines are filled in so that we can help you as best we can. You can even create custom specifications before uploading the first images.

How do I create custom specifications?

Our image editing application provides several preset processing settings: Cutoutcow, Amazon, Google Shopping, eBay, ASOS, and Bol.com.
Those are the most common standards but we understand that you are looking for custom specifications. Create them yourself in the ‘specification’ box and have them saved automatically. I don't like the editing. Can I have it fixed?

Absolutely! In case you find something wrong with the photo we edited, we’ll be happy to fix it for you free of charge.

What if I need your support during the process?

Do you also offer other editing services?
